新农村庭院式建筑景观设计发展研究——以苏南地区新农村住宅建筑为研究对象

【摘要】：文章以苏南地区新农村住宅建筑为研究对象,通过对现有新农村建筑和传统农村建筑的发展演变进行分析,对当前该地区新农村住宅设计建造中存在的主要问题进行归纳总结。在综合考虑利用当地自然资源和气候条件的基础上,将活跃在欧洲的新理性主义之建筑类型学的研究方法有选择地运用到苏南地区新农村建筑设计中,力求在传统与现代中寻求一种平衡和结合,并有针对性地提出解决方案。在可持续发展的原则下,探讨新的设计思路和实践,提倡设计思维模式的转变,提出建筑与景观有机结合的优化设计方案。
[Abstract]:Taking the new rural residential buildings in the south of Jiangsu province as the research object, this paper analyzes the development and evolution of the existing new rural buildings and traditional rural buildings, and summarizes the main problems existing in the design and construction of the new rural residential buildings in this area. On the basis of synthetically considering the utilization of local natural resources and climatic conditions, the new rationalistic architectural typology, which is active in Europe, is selectively applied to the new rural architectural design in southern Jiangsu. Strive to seek a balance and combination between tradition and modernity, and propose solutions. Based on the principle of sustainable development, this paper probes into new design ideas and practices, advocates the transformation of design thinking mode, and puts forward an optimized design scheme combining architecture and landscape organically.
