城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体一体化设计研究

【摘要】:随着我国近年来经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,许多城市投面临着严峻的城市问题,如交通拥堵、环境污染、土地资源稀缺等。 城市公共交通枢纽是城市交通网络的关键节点,它将多种交通方式有机地联接并整合,同时还改变了人们的生活意识、生活节奏与生活方式,并由此产生了商业、娱乐、办公、集会等不同的功能需求。因此,城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体的一体化成为当代城市设计和建筑设计的新趋势。 基于以上城市现状及发展趋势,本论文提出了城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体一体化的设计理念,希望通过建筑设计的方法和措施对城市公共交通方式、交通设施进行整合,构建现代的一体化交通系统,同时引入多种城市职能,与交通职能一起协同合作,形成城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体的双赢效益。 论文的结构主要分为五章。第一章作为绪论部分,首先明确了论文的研究背景、意义对象及范围,并对该领域的国内外研究现状进行了概述,然后提出了本文的研究目标、内容与方法。第二章通过分析城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体的发展趋势以及目前在我国存在的一些问题,强调了城市公共交通枢纽与建筑综合体一体化的必然性及必要性。第三章选择了国内外几个较为典型的一体化设计案例进行比较深入和细致的分析。第四章从一体化设计的相关理论、发展历史、效益及目标等方面对一体化设计方法进行系统性的建构,是第五章的论述基础。第五章是论文的核心章节,从前期统筹建设型和后期整合改造型这两种类型分别研究了一体化设计的方法及策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization in recent years, many cities are facing severe urban problems, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, scarcity of land resources and so on. The urban public transportation hub is the key node of the urban transportation network. It organically connects and integrates a variety of transportation modes, at the same time, it also changes people's life consciousness, life rhythm and way of life, and thus produces business, entertainment and office. Different functional requirements such as assembly. Therefore, the integration of urban public transport hub and architectural complex has become a new trend of contemporary urban design and architectural design. Based on the present situation and development trend of the above cities, this paper puts forward the design idea of the integration of urban public transport hub and building complex, and hopes to integrate the urban public transportation mode and transportation facilities through architectural design methods and measures. Constructing a modern integrated transportation system, introducing a variety of urban functions, and cooperating with traffic functions together to form the win-win benefits of urban public transportation hub and building complex. The structure of the thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, as the introduction part, firstly clarifies the research background, the meaning object and the scope of the thesis, and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status in this field, then puts forward the research goal, content and method of this paper. The second chapter emphasizes the necessity and inevitability of the integration of urban public transportation hub and building complex by analyzing the development trend of urban public transportation hub and building complex and some existing problems in our country. In the third chapter, several typical integrated design cases at home and abroad are selected for in-depth and detailed analysis. The fourth chapter systematically constructs the integrated design method from the related theory, the development history, the benefit and the goal, which is the foundation of the fifth chapter. The fifth chapter is the core chapter of the thesis, which studies the methods and strategies of integrated design from the two types of pre-construction and post-integration.
