基于模糊数学的高层建筑消防安全评估方法研究

【摘要】:在我国,高层建筑火灾时有发生,每年都会造成近百亿元的直接经济损失,对人民生命财产安全、经济发展都造成了重大的危害。高层建筑的消防安全评估工作中的影响因素众多,这些因素具有明显的层次性、多目标性以及互相影响的特点,使得其消防问题更加复杂,消防安全管理工作十分困难。模糊数学评价方法在解决“多个被评价主体,每个被评价主体具有多层次影响因素,每个层次的影响因素具有多类评价指标”的信息整合、判断问题上具有天然的优势,可以很好的解决判断决策中的模糊性以及不确定性难题。为此,本文针对高层建筑消防安全评估问题,基于模糊数学理论,采用了基于模糊评价理论的高层建筑消防安全评估模型。展开了如下工作:本文首先进行了文献的调研与综述,对高层建筑火灾进行了概述,针对高层建筑消防安全评估的研究进展进行了详细阐述;并提出了本文的主要研究方法和内容。然后,从传统模糊评价理论和多级模糊模式识别两个方面详细阐述了模糊评价理论,重点介绍了模糊综合评估中权重的确定方法。随后,构建了基于模糊评价方法的高层建筑消防安全评估模型。最后,本文以南昌市“平安-象湖风情商业综合体”工程为例,采用基于多级模糊综合评价方法的高层建筑消防安全评估模型进行了消防安全评估,并与定性分析方法做对比,研究验证了该工程消防安全工作的安全性以及本文提出的高层建筑消防安全评估模型的合理性、有效性。本文基于模糊评价理论构建了高层建筑消防安全评估模型,有效解决了高层建筑火灾危险性评估中各影响因素的层次性、多目标性以及相互之间互相影响的难题。研究成果将有助于高层建筑消防安全评估分析方法的发展、应用以及推广。
[Abstract]:In China, high-rise building fires occur from time to time, causing nearly ten billion yuan of direct economic losses every year, and causing great harm to the safety of people's lives and property and economic development. There are many influencing factors in the fire safety assessment of high-rise buildings. These factors have obvious characteristics of hierarchy, multi-objective and mutual influence, which make the fire safety problems more complicated and the management of fire safety is very difficult. The evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics has natural advantages in solving the information integration of "multiple subjects to be evaluated, each subject to be evaluated with multi-level influencing factors, and factors at each level to have many kinds of evaluation indexes". It can solve the ambiguity and uncertainty problem in decision making. Therefore, aiming at the fire safety evaluation problem of high-rise building, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the fire safety evaluation model of high-rise building is adopted based on fuzzy evaluation theory. The following work has been carried out: firstly, this paper has carried on the literature investigation and the summary, has carried on the summary to the high-rise building fire, has carried on the detailed elaboration to the high-rise building fire safety appraisal research progress; The main research methods and contents of this paper are also put forward. Then, the fuzzy evaluation theory is expounded in detail from two aspects: traditional fuzzy evaluation theory and multi-level fuzzy pattern recognition theory, and the method of weight determination in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced emphatically. Then, the fire safety evaluation model of high-rise building based on fuzzy evaluation method is constructed. Finally, taking the project of "Ping an-Xiang Hu style Commercial complex" in Nanchang City as an example, the fire safety assessment model of high-rise building based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted and compared with the qualitative analysis method. The research verifies the safety of the project and the rationality and effectiveness of the fire safety evaluation model proposed in this paper. Based on the fuzzy evaluation theory, the fire safety assessment model of high-rise building is constructed in this paper, which effectively solves the problem of the hierarchy, multi-objective and mutual influence of the influencing factors in the fire risk assessment of high-rise building. The research results will contribute to the development, application and popularization of fire safety assessment and analysis methods for high-rise buildings.
