跨断层埋地管道与土体间作用分析

【摘要】:随着国民经济的迅速发展,地下管道作为气体、液体的运输工具得到广泛的应用,它的正常工作与否直接关系到现代化工业生产和城镇居民的正常生活。地震灾害来临时,造成跨断层埋地管道破坏的主要原因之一就是断层的错动,基于此情况,本文研究跨断层埋地管道与土体间的作用是十分必要的。 首先,,本文第一章阐述课题选择背景及意义,列举国内外穿越断层埋地管道分析研究状况,分析跨断层管道的破坏机理及主要因素,进而提出跨断层埋地管道有待解决的问题。 其次,利用ADINA软件将跨断层埋地管道的力学分析模型进行有限元实现,通过设定单元生死进行数值模拟,建立新型土弹簧埋地管道模型,并将单压弹簧模型与拉压弹簧模型以及实体土模型进行对比分析。 最后,基于单压弹簧模型,研究分析管径、管壁厚度、管道埋深、埋设场地,断层错距等参数对埋地管道的影响。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, underground pipelines as gas and liquid transportation tools have been widely used. Its normal operation is directly related to modern industrial production and the normal life of urban residents. When earthquake disaster comes, one of the main causes of pipeline failure across faults is fault dislocation. Based on this situation, it is necessary to study the interaction between buried pipeline and soil. First of all, the first chapter describes the background and significance of the subject selection, enumerates the domestic and foreign research status of pipeline analysis through fault buried, analyzes the failure mechanism and main factors of cross-fault pipeline, and then puts forward the problems to be solved for cross-fault buried pipeline. Secondly, using Adina software, the mechanical analysis model of buried pipeline across faults is realized by finite element method, and a new model of buried pipeline with soil spring is established by numerical simulation of life and death of the set element. The single-pressure spring model, tension-compression spring model and solid soil model are compared and analyzed. Finally, based on the single pressure spring model, the influence of pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, buried depth, buried site, fault offset and other parameters on buried pipeline is studied.
