基于产业生态视角的建筑产业健康评价研究

【摘要】：作为我国经济的重要支柱产业,建筑产业的发展状况与我国经济社会发展息息相关。然而,近几年建筑产业在高速发展的同时,也暴露了很多问题,如产业结构不合理,建筑企业负债率高,建筑市场低水平竞争等。这些不健康因素不仅严重影响了建筑产业的持续发展,也会对我国经济带来危害。准确客观地评价建筑产业的“健康状况”,是优化产业结构、制定产业发展战略、加快经济增长的基础和前提。为此,如何构建合理的建筑产业健康评价体系,对各地区的建筑产业健康状况进行准确的科学评价显得尤为重要。论文具体的研究内容和成果如下:首先,介绍了产业生态理论和生态系统健康理论并进行文献综述,探讨运用两者来评价产业健康的可行性;其次,分析我国建筑产业的现状,从产业规模、技术设备、投入与产出、产业效益、总承包企业资质、分地区发展现状等方面对我国建筑产业发展的整体情况进行总结分析,并提出存在的问题,引出了论文研究的必要性;第三,对自然生态系统进行介绍,构建建筑产业生态系统,并从整体性特征、个体间关系、共同进化、网链结构、衰落更新、功能和服务性、受环境影响等几个方面将两者进行对比,说明了将自然生态系统理论运用于建筑产业生态系统分析的可行性;第四,根据生态系统健康理论进行评价指标体系的构建,并建立建筑产业生态健康聚类评价模型,将该模型应用于我国31个省份(直辖市)建筑产业健康的聚类分析;最后,根据评价结果探讨各个类别省份建筑产业发展所存在的不足及改进措施。将生态学理论运用于建筑产业发展健康评价,从生态系统健康理论的角度构建评价指标体系,为建筑产业的研究提供新的视角,这种思想在理论和实践上都具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry of our economy, the development of construction industry is closely related to the economic and social development of our country. However, with the rapid development of construction industry in recent years, many problems have been exposed, such as unreasonable industrial structure, high debt ratio of construction enterprises, low level competition in construction market, and so on. These unhealthy factors not only seriously affect the sustainable development of the construction industry, but also bring harm to our economy. Accurately and objectively evaluating the "health status" of the construction industry is the basis and prerequisite for optimizing the industrial structure, formulating the industrial development strategy, and speeding up the economic growth. Therefore, it is very important to establish a reasonable health evaluation system for the construction industry and to evaluate the health status of the construction industry in various regions. The specific research contents and results are as follows: firstly, the industrial ecological theory and ecosystem health theory are introduced, and the feasibility of using them to evaluate industrial health is discussed. Secondly, the present situation of construction industry in China is analyzed. From the aspects of industrial scale, technical equipment, input and output, industrial benefit, qualification of general contracting enterprise, current situation of development of construction industry in different regions and so on, the overall situation of development of construction industry in China is summarized and analyzed, and the existing problems are put forward. The necessity of this paper is introduced. Thirdly, the author introduces the natural ecosystem, constructs the ecosystem of the construction industry, and analyzes the characteristics of the whole ecosystem, the relationship between individuals, the coevolution, the network chain structure, the decline and renewal, the function and the service. Through the comparison of the two aspects, the feasibility of applying the natural ecosystem theory to the ecosystem analysis of the construction industry is explained. Fourthly, the evaluation index system is constructed according to the ecosystem health theory. The cluster evaluation model of ecological health of construction industry is established and applied to the cluster analysis of the health of construction industry in 31 provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) of our country. According to the evaluation results, the shortcomings and improvement measures of the development of construction industry in various provinces are discussed. It is of great significance in theory and practice to apply ecological theory to health evaluation of construction industry and to construct evaluation index system from the perspective of ecosystem health theory, which provides a new perspective for the study of construction industry.
