【摘要】：传统风水理论以“天地人合一”为核心思想，其目的就是自然与人之间的和谐统一。即人在开发自然、改造自然的过程中，要顺应自然的变化规律,不得违背自然，过多的改造自然,以达到“天人合一”的境界。而现代风景园林规划设计是以满足现代人的生存需要和精神文化需要为前提，结合传统文化理念，将人与环境、环境与建筑、人与建筑三者有机的结合在一起，从而形成新的“天地人合一”的精神内涵。本文以“形势宗”风水流派的理论为先导，以其“龙、砂、水、穴、向”之地理五诀，结合古典园林风水观，对现代园林造景艺术手法进行分析，总结出传统风水理论在古典园林中具体应用。同时，，以风水理论的核心思想“天人合一”原则结合现代生态理论，阐述了影响现代园林景观营造的“依山傍水”、“因地制宜”、“观形察势”、“顺乘生气”、“地质检验”、“水质分析”六大风水原则，并以宁夏银川中阿之轴景观带为例，进行论证。本文之所以从风水的角度去理解、诠释现代景观学，并不是对风水理论盲目的听之信之，而是从科学的角度，告诉人们：风水理论的实质是给现代景观设计师提供了一种思维方式，告诉设计师应尊重自然，保护和可持续地开发利用自然资源，以求在天地之中寻找一种天、地、人之间的平衡。即利用风水理论所体现的思维形式，创造现代景观设计师理想中富有诗情画意的美的景观，更是现代景观生态评价模式中的健全的生态景观系统。
