多联机空气源热泵相变蓄能除霜系统实验研究

【摘要】:多联机是未来空气源热泵的主要发展方向之一,但除霜问题严重制约了多联机的进一步发展。为了解决这一难题,在认真了解多联机空气源热泵工作原理的前提下,设计了多联机空气源热泵相变蓄能除霜系统,分别提出了针对多联机新系统的正常供热、相变蓄热以及蓄能除霜流程。 根据相变温度和相变潜热等多方面考虑,选择65mol%癸酸+35mol%十二酸为相变材料。提出了根据多联机空气源热泵单次除霜化霜水质量计算除霜能耗的新方法,保证相变材料用量的精确节省。自主设计了翅片型相变蓄热器并对其换热能力进行初步的计算,保证其蓄热、取热操作的顺利进行。 依据设计的实验流程以及实验的验证需求,搭建了多联机相变蓄能除霜实验台,选择了测量工具和数据采集系统。进行了误差分析,证明实验台测量精度满足使用要求。 在此基础上,完成了多联机空气源热泵的正常供热/除霜、相变蓄热/除霜实验,测量了包括温度、压力、相对湿度、功率等参数在内的供热、蓄热、除霜实验动态数据;基于以上数据,研究了多联机常规供热、除霜特性,分析了常规除霜存在的不足及其产生的原因;分别分析了使用双螺旋盘管型蓄热器和翅片型蓄热器的多联机相变蓄能除霜新系统进行蓄能除霜实验的除霜换向间隔、压缩机吸气压力/温度、室内机盘管温度、恢复供热时间等动态参数,比较两种换热器在蓄能除霜中的表现,并与常规除霜参数进行对比,体现其优越性。实验证明,,多联机空气源热泵相变蓄能除霜系统在除霜过程中的除霜时间、压缩机工作环境、对室内环境的影响以及节能方面均有着巨大的提升。 本文的研究工作将为相变蓄能技术在多联机空气源热泵中的应用提供理论基础和技术储备。
[Abstract]:Multi - connection is one of the main development directions of the future air source heat pump , but the defrosting problem seriously restricts the further development of the multi - line air source heat pump . In order to solve the problem , a multi - line air source heat pump phase change energy storage defrosting system is designed under the premise of seriously understanding the working principle of the multi - line air source heat pump .
A new method for calculating the defrosting energy consumption of 65 mol % capric acid + 35mol % dodecanoic acid is proposed according to the phase change temperature and latent heat of phase change . A new method for calculating the defrosting energy consumption based on the single defrosting frost water quality of the multi - line air source heat pump is proposed to ensure the accurate saving of the dosage of the phase change material . The fin type phase change heat accumulator is designed , and the heat exchange capacity of the phase change heat accumulator is calculated .
Based on the design experiment flow and the experimental verification requirements , a multi - line phase - change energy storage defrosting experiment table was built , the measuring tool and the data acquisition system were selected . The error analysis was carried out to prove that the measuring accuracy of the experiment table met the use requirement .
On this basis , the normal heating / defrosting , phase change heat storage / defrosting test of the multi - line air source heat pump is completed , and the dynamic data including temperature , pressure , relative humidity , power and other parameters are measured .
Based on the above data , the general heat supply and defrosting characteristics of multi - line are studied , and the shortage of conventional defrosting and the causes are analyzed .
The results show that the defrosting time , the working environment of the compressor , the influence on the indoor environment and the energy saving are greatly improved in the defrosting process of the multi - line air source heat pump phase change energy storage defrosting system .
The research work of this paper will provide theoretical basis and technical reserve for the application of phase change energy storage technology in multi - line air source heat pump .
