某抗风索直线型张弦梁屋盖支座受损原因分析

【摘要】:以某抗风索直线型张弦梁屋盖结构为工程背景,综合运用病害调查、概念判断和有限元分析相结合的研究手段,开展屋盖支座受损原因分析。采用商业软件ANSYS建立屋盖结构的两种整体有限元模型,分别开展施工合龙温度(20℃)、夏季高温(37℃)、冬季寒冷(-10℃)三种温度工况下的受力性能分析,定量揭示温度变化作用下支座水平反力和水平变形量的变化范围。研究表明,支座受损的主要原因是由于张弦梁两端均直接与预埋件焊接,限制了屋盖体系的水平变形能力,温度变化导致巨大的水平力作用所致。研究结论可为采取处理措施提供理论依据,也可为后续同类工程设计、建造提供建议。
