社区型商业建筑公共环境设计研究

【摘要】:目前我国正处于经济高速发展时期,随之现代商业建筑在城市中的地位也日益提高。社区型商业作为城市生活中最基础的商业模式,以一种与城市生活息息相关的形式存在。近年来相关课题的研究成为建筑学领域在我国的研究热点之一。从城市发展的角度来看,社区型商业在各个时期都是市民生活的重要选择。本文以量多面广,与人们日常生活息息相关的社区型商业建筑公共环境作为研究对象,具有十分重要的现实意义。选题贴近时代的脉搏,具有相当的必然性。作为商业建筑设计的核心内容,即创造有吸引力的空间。社区型商业建筑公共环境是营造商业空间氛围的关键因素之一。无论从市民的生活幸福指数还是城市环境建设的角度来看,社区商业建筑公共环境都是一个非常重要的环节。所以本文选题具有相当的必要性。我国的城市居住环境和商业发展都和国外有着一定程度的差别,同时社区型商业建筑公共环境在功能,模式,定位等诸多方面也存在着变迁及时代的适应性。本文通过对社区型商业建筑公共环境的概念定义,发展过程,设计要素,处理手法,设计原则等进行剖析与总结。并对相关案例进行实地考察,进行对比与总结,结合作者创作团队进行的设计实践。探索适应我国当前国情的社区型商业建筑公共环境设计要点与策略。本文共分为七章,第一章绪论,主要阐述了选题背景,内外发展现状,研究目的和意义。第二章明确研究对象,梳理社区型商业建筑公共环境的相关概念与定义。对社区型商业建筑公共环境进行解析。第三章通过对比找到区别于国外社区商业公共环境和其他形式商业建筑公共环境的成因与要点。结合我国目前的发展形势提出现存问题。第四章结合存在问题,分析总结社区型商业建筑公共环境的设计要点和处理手法。第五章结合我国国情,提出社区型商业建筑公共环境的设计策略与原则。第六章通过在论文写作阶段,以作者为核心创作成员参与的实际项目进行案例分析,展示研究结果的实际应用价值。第七章结语,并对今后的社区型商业建筑设计做出展望。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of rapid economic development, and the status of modern commercial buildings in the city is also increasing day by day. Community commerce, as the most basic business model in urban life, exists in a form closely related to urban life. In recent years, the research of related topics has become one of the research hotspots in the field of architecture in China. From the point of view of urban development, community commerce is an important choice of citizen's life in every period. This article takes the community commercial building public environment which is closely related to people's daily life as the research object, has the very important realistic significance. Topics close to the pulse of the times, with considerable inevitability. As the core content of commercial architectural design, that is to create attractive space. Community-based commercial building public environment is one of the key factors to create commercial space atmosphere. The public environment of community commercial building is a very important link from the point of view of citizen's life happiness index and urban environment construction. Therefore, it is necessary to choose this topic. The urban living environment and commercial development of our country are different from those of foreign countries to a certain extent. At the same time, there are also changes and times adaptability in the public environment of community-oriented commercial buildings in many aspects, such as function, mode, orientation and so on. This paper analyzes and summarizes the concept definition, development process, design elements, treatment methods and design principles of community commercial building public environment. And relevant case field investigation, carries on the contrast and the summary, unifies the author creation team to carry on the design practice. This paper explores the key points and strategies for the design of the public environment of the community type commercial buildings adapting to the current situation of our country. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the topic, the current situation of internal and external development, the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter clarifies the research object, combs the community type commercial building public environment related concept and the definition. The public environment of community commercial buildings is analyzed. The third chapter finds out the causes and the main points of the difference between the commercial public environment of foreign communities and other forms of public environment of commercial buildings. Combined with the current situation of development in China, put forward the existing problems. Chapter four analyzes and summarizes the design essentials and treatment methods of community-based commercial building public environment combined with existing problems. Chapter five puts forward the design strategy and principle of community-oriented commercial building public environment combined with the situation of our country. The sixth chapter shows the practical application value of the research results through the case analysis of the actual projects in which the author is the core creative member in the writing stage of the thesis. The seventh chapter is the conclusion, and makes the prospect to the community type commercial building design in the future.
