养护对氯离子侵蚀环境下混凝土耐久性的影响研究

【摘要】:海工混凝土结构的耐久性设计及耐久使用寿命的研究具有重要意义。扩散系数是氯离子侵蚀环境下海工混凝土耐久性及寿命预测的关键参数,现有文献对氯离子扩散系数的影响因素,如水胶比、材料组成及性质、外界环境等已有较为系统的研究,实际工程中也较为重视这些因素的影响。养护作为影响海工混凝土耐久性的重要因素,在工程施工中,却并未受到足够的重视,并且现有养护对海工混凝土耐久性影响的研究也不能反映施工现场的真实情况。为更好的反映养护对混凝土耐久性的影响,本文采用模拟实际工程的自然养护与实验室标准养护,对两种养护方式下不同矿物掺合料的混凝土氯离子扩散系数进行分析比较,系统地研究了养护方式对氯离子扩散系数的影响。 论文首先分析和讨论了混凝土养护及氯离子侵蚀环境下混凝土的耐久性。根据基于氯离子扩散理论的寿命预测模型,分析了氯离子扩散系数对海工混凝土结构使用寿命的影响;讨论了氯离子扩散系数的影响因素。分析认为,混凝土结构浇筑完成后,,养护是影响混凝土氯离子扩散系数的主要因素,研究养护对氯离子侵蚀环境下混凝土耐久性具有重要意义。 论文模拟工程实际的养护方式对掺加不同矿物掺合料的大尺寸混凝土试件进行室外养护,与实验室标准养护试件进行对比分析。应用RCM法和NEL法两种方法测定不同龄期的混凝土氯离子扩散系数,根据测定的扩散系数,讨论了不同养护方式的混凝土扩散系数变化规律;对两种养护方式的不同掺合料混凝土氯离子扩散系数进行了比较分析。 对试验结果进行分析表明,两种养护方式的混凝土氯离子扩散系数具有较好的相关性,两者呈现指数关系。根据建立的关系式,可应用标准养护条件下的混凝土氯离子扩散系数来反映实际的混凝土扩散系数值,同时在海工混凝土耐久性设计及寿命预测中可以采取更为合理的参数,使得寿命预测结果更为准确。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the durability design and service life of marine concrete structures. Diffusion coefficient is the key parameter of durability and life prediction of marine concrete under chloride ion erosion environment. The existing literatures influence the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion, such as water-binder ratio, material composition and properties. The external environment has been studied systematically, and the influence of these factors has been paid more attention to in practical engineering. Maintenance, as an important factor affecting the durability of marine concrete, has not been paid enough attention in engineering construction, and the existing research on the effect of maintenance on the durability of marine concrete can not reflect the real situation of construction site. In order to better reflect the influence of curing on the durability of concrete, this paper analyzes and compares the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete with different mineral admixtures under the condition of simulating natural curing of actual engineering and laboratory standard curing. The effect of curing mode on chloride diffusion coefficient was studied systematically. Firstly, the durability of concrete under the condition of concrete curing and chloride ion erosion is analyzed and discussed. According to the life prediction model based on chloride ion diffusion theory, the influence of chloride ion diffusion coefficient on the service life of marine concrete structure is analyzed, and the influence factors of chloride ion diffusion coefficient are discussed. It is considered that the curing is the main factor affecting the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete after the concrete structure is poured, and it is of great significance to study the durability of concrete under chloride ion erosion environment. The paper simulates the actual maintenance mode of engineering and carries out outdoor maintenance of large size concrete specimens with different mineral admixtures, which is compared with the laboratory standard curing specimens. The chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete of different ages was measured by RCM method and NEL method. According to the measured diffusion coefficient, the variation law of concrete diffusion coefficient of different curing modes was discussed. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete with different curing methods was compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete with two curing modes has a good correlation, and the relationship between them is exponential. According to the established formula, the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete under standard curing conditions can be applied to reflect the actual concrete diffusion coefficient, and more reasonable parameters can be taken in the durability design and life prediction of marine concrete. The result of life prediction is more accurate.
