高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合梁受弯性能

【摘要】:为研究高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合梁在静载作用下的受弯性能,对3根完全剪力连接的混凝土强度等级为C60、C80和外包钢板强度等级为Q420、Q460的简支组合梁进行了两点对称集中加载试验.分析了试件在弹性与弹塑性阶段的受力过程、荷载-挠度关系、U形外包高强钢板与内部高强混凝土应变的分布规律、外包钢板与组合梁端部滑移、裂缝发展情况以及破坏形态等;基于试验结果,提出了高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合梁正截面受弯承载力计算方法.研究结果表明:在静载作用下,高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合梁的受弯承载力比普通外包钢组合梁提高60%以上,位移延性系数分别为2.16、2.76和2.34,说明高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合梁受弯性能良好.
[Abstract]:In order to study the flexural behavior of high strength U-shaped steel and concrete composite beams under static load, the concrete strength grade of three complete shear connections is C60C80 and the strength grade of the steel sheet is Q420. A two-point symmetrical concentrated loading test was carried out on the simply supported composite beam of Q460. The stress process, load-deflection relationship, strain distribution of U-shaped high strength steel plate and internal high strength concrete, slip of steel sheet and end of composite beam are analyzed. Fracture development and failure form; Based on the experimental results, a method for calculating the flexural bearing capacity of the normal section of high strength U-shaped steel-concrete composite beams is presented. The results show that the flexural capacity of high strength U-shaped steel-concrete composite beams is more than 60% higher than that of ordinary steel composite beams under static loading, and the displacement ductility coefficients are 2.16 ~ 2.76 and 2.34, respectively. It shows that high strength U-shaped steel-concrete composite beams have good flexural behavior.
