钻孔灌注桩施工方法的研究与应用

【摘要】：随着国民经济的快速发展，高层建筑及桥梁工程日益的增多，，桩基础的应用量随之增大。钻孔灌注桩是建筑物的基础结构型式之一，也是防治岩土体滑动、边坡支护和锚固建筑物的有效措施。因此钻孔灌注桩基础显得越来越重要，应用范围越来越广。 本文研究钻孔灌注桩的施工方法，首先简单介绍混凝土钻孔灌注桩的特点以及设计施工要点，以及泵吸反循环钻进成孔的施工技术。并对某新建大楼工程中采用钻孔灌注桩技术加固地基的应用过程进行探讨，最后重点阐述在钻孔灌注桩孔桩施工过程中，应注意施工各个环节的要点。 钻孔灌注桩能够有效的解决了塌孔、断桩、缩径、泥浆排放等问题，极大地提高了工作效率，是一种很好的、值得推广的一种地基加固处理方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the application of pile foundation increases with the increasing of high-rise building and bridge engineering. Bored cast-in-place pile is one of the basic structure types of buildings, and it is also an effective measure to prevent the sliding of rock and soil, slope support and Anchorage of buildings. Therefore, the bored pile foundation is becoming more and more important and widely used. In this paper, the construction method of bored pile is studied. Firstly, the characteristics of concrete bored pile and the key points of design and construction are briefly introduced, as well as the construction technology of pump suction reverse circulation drilling. The application process of using bored pile technology to reinforce foundation in a new building project is discussed. At last, the key points of construction should be paid attention to during the construction of bored pile. Bored cast-in-place pile can effectively solve the problems of hole collapse, broken pile, diameter reduction, mud discharge and so on. It can greatly improve the working efficiency. It is a good and worth popularizing method of foundation reinforcement.
