绿色建筑技术在历史建筑保护与更新中的应用策略研究

【摘要】:在世界绿色建筑的浪潮影响下,在我国政府关于“节能、低碳、环保”政策的支持下,随着我国的城市化推进和建筑业发展,绿色建筑的理念和技术已经逐步融入了城市建设的规划设计和新建工程的建设当中,然而历史建筑作为建筑中十分重要的一类建筑,目前国内对历史建筑的保护与更新中应用绿色建筑技术的必要性和可行性认识尚不充分。我国是一个文明古国,现存历史遗产在我国境内的分布密度仅次于西欧。我国同时又是世界上最大的发展中国家,随着社会的高速发展,许多近现代的建筑也逐步步入历史建筑的行列。在社会的发展与变革当中,大量的历史建筑因为社会产业结构的调整、城市功能的变化,逐渐转化为“无用”的建筑,如进行拆除无疑会消耗大量能源、产生大量建筑垃圾,也不利于城市文脉的传承。因此,如何令这些历史建筑再获生机成为紧迫的任务。绿色、节能逐步成为历史建筑保护与更新的重要内容,成为历史建筑可持续发展的客观要求和新的目标。在历史建筑的保护与更新中应用绿色建筑技术,西欧国家已经先行一步,借鉴他们的经验能够使我国更快的建立和完善适合我国国情的应用理论。 本文分为五个部分,第一章对研究的背景、范围、目的及意义进行介绍;第二章分析绿色建筑技术的发展及现状、历史建筑保护与更新的发展及现状以及在历史建筑保护与更新中应用绿色建筑技术的起源、制约和现行政策;第三章是本课题研究的重点章节,首先归纳出在历史建筑保护与更新中应用绿色建筑技术的原则,然后进一步分别对节能技术、节水技术、节材技术、节地技术以及改善环境舒适性技术在历史建筑保护与更新中的应用策略进行研究,,最后对这些技术在历史建筑保护与更新中的常用策略进行总结;第四章通过实例对比分析,更直观的展现绿色建筑技术在历史建筑保护与更新中应用的方法和手段,为我国在历史建筑保护与更新中应用绿色建筑技术提供参考;在文章的最后对整个研究进行总结得出的结论。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the wave of green buildings in the world, with the support of our government's policy of "energy saving, low carbon and environmental protection", with the promotion of urbanization and the development of construction industry in China, The concept and technology of green building have been gradually integrated into the planning and design of urban construction and the construction of new construction projects. However, historical buildings, as a very important kind of buildings in buildings, have been gradually integrated into the planning and design of urban construction and the construction of new projects. At present, the necessity and feasibility of applying green building technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings in China are not fully understood. China is an ancient civilization, and the distribution density of existing historical heritage in China is second only to that of Western Europe. At the same time, China is the largest developing country in the world. With the rapid development of society, many modern buildings have gradually entered the ranks of historical buildings. In the development and reform of society, a large number of historical buildings are gradually transformed into "useless" buildings because of the adjustment of social industrial structure and the change of urban function. If demolition is carried out, a large amount of energy will undoubtedly be consumed and a large amount of construction waste will be produced. It is also not conducive to the inheritance of urban context. Therefore, how to make these historical buildings come back to life has become an urgent task. Green and energy saving have gradually become an important part of the protection and renewal of historical buildings, and become the objective requirements and new goals of the sustainable development of historical buildings. With the application of green building technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings, Western European countries have taken the lead, drawing lessons from their experience, which can make our country establish and perfect the application theory suitable for the national conditions of our country more quickly. This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the background, scope, purpose and significance of the study. The second chapter analyzes the development and present situation of green building technology, the development and present situation of historical building protection and renewal, and the origin, restriction and current policy of applying green building technology in historical building protection and renewal. The third chapter is the key chapter of this research. Firstly, the principles of applying green building technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings are summarized, and then the energy saving technology, water saving technology and material saving technology are further discussed. The application strategies of land saving technology and environmental comfort technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings are studied. Finally, the common strategies of these technologies in the protection and renewal of historical buildings are summarized. The fourth chapter shows the methods and means of the application of green building technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings more intuitively through the comparative analysis of examples, and provides a reference for the application of green building technology in the protection and renewal of historical buildings in our country. At the end of the paper, the conclusion of the whole study is summarized.
