反自焚手持式灭火弹设计与灭火试验

【摘要】：针对自焚事件突发的特点,提出了反自焚手持式灭火弹的设计方案。依次对该弹的灭火药剂、弹体结构和手柄结构3部分进行小型化设计,并制作了样弹。最后分别对8B标准油盘火和人体模型火进行了灭火试验。试验表明,该弹灭火高效,不仅达到了8B标准油盘的灭火效能,也达到了对人体模型高效灭火的目的,灭火时间仅为0.5s左右。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of self-immolation incident, the design scheme of anti-self-immolation hand-held fire extinguisher is put forward. The fire extinguishing agent, body structure and handle structure of the bomb were miniaturized, and the sample bomb was made. Finally, the fire extinguishing tests of 8B standard oil disk fire and mannequin fire were carried out respectively. The test results show that the fire extinguishing efficiency of the bomb not only achieves the fire extinguishing efficiency of 8B standard oil pan, but also achieves the purpose of extinguishing fire efficiently for mannequin, and the fire extinguishing time is only about 0.5 s.
