企业财务风险管理弊端和防范对策

【摘要】：企业财务风险管理是企业风险管理的核心,备受企业和各国政府重视。但是目前财务风险管理存在系统化不足和实践性不强等问题。企业财务风险管理与企业筹资方式多元化,企业投资策略选择最优化,企业资金利用最大化,企业收益分配合理化等密切相关,却又存在很大的冲突。从企业资本结构优化,制度建设和财务管理过程加强控制,对改善企业财务风险管理弊端,加强预防具有极其重要意义。
[Abstract]:Enterprise financial risk management is the core of enterprise risk management. However, there are some problems in financial risk management, such as systematization and practice. Enterprise financial risk management is closely related to the diversification of enterprise financing mode, the optimization of investment strategy, the maximization of enterprise capital utilization, the rationalization of enterprise income distribution and so on, but there is a great conflict. It is of great significance to improve the malpractice of financial risk management and strengthen the prevention from the optimization of enterprise capital structure, the construction of system and the strengthening of control in the process of financial management.
