知识管理理论流派初探

【摘要】：指出当前我国知识管理理论流派研究具有十分重要的现实意义,并简单回顾了知识管理主要流派发展概况。为了更好地指导实践活动,尝试性地将知识管理学术流派划为四个主要学派,进而对四大学派进行了理论探讨和分类研究。文章认为,由于知识管理本身即是战略管理其中的一项具体内容,因此从战略管理的认识论基础上来重新审视知识管理,必将为知识管理更深入的理论研究和有效指导具体的实践活动拓展新天地,开辟新方向。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the current research on the theory of knowledge management in China is of great practical significance, and briefly reviews the development of the main schools of knowledge management. In order to better guide practical activities, we try to divide the schools of knowledge management into four main schools, and then make a theoretical discussion and classification study of the four universities. The article thinks, because knowledge management itself is a specific content of the strategic management, so from the understanding of strategic management theory based on the review of knowledge management, will effectively guide the research of knowledge management theory and practice specific further expand new horizons, open up a new direction.
