【摘要】:管理信息系统是连锁公司赖以生存和发展的支柱之一,已被国家经贸委明确列为当前提升我国连锁公司管理水平、深化流通业改革、建立现代企业制度的关键。因此,加强对管理信息系统的研究,具有重大的现实意义。 但是,考察目前关于管理信息系统的研究成果,主要是把管理信息系统看作是一个计算机系统,侧重于技术方面的研究,并未考虑到企业里面众多的非计算机专业员工,尤其是管理者决策的实际需要。为了让连锁公司的领导人和普通员工更好地理解、运用管理信息系统,使理论更好地指导实践,本论文的写作目标是服务于连锁公司的非计算机专业人员,尤其是为管理者在企业信息化方面的经营管理决策提供一个较为完整和实用的理论框架。 本论文的基本思路是从连锁公司的经营与管理活动对信息的要求(即信息需求)出发,对连锁公司信息需求的内容与特点、由信息需求引出的管理信息系统应具备的内涵与功能、为实现各项功能而要求的管理信息系统的基本架构、企业信息化过程中管理信息系统的引入与日常管理等,按照逻辑上的先后顺序逐一进行分析与介绍。 在文章的创新方面,主要有以下几点: 一、在行文过程中,根据为连锁公司管理者提供思路的写作目标,未刻意追求理论深度,,而是着力于把经济学、管理学的一些理论,如交易成本与企业边界理论、人本管理理论等,和计算机技术知识、一些专家学者的研究成果、作者两次去中国连锁经营协会调研的最新资料融为一个符合一般管理者思考习惯的逻辑过程。 二、在分析信息需求的内容时,结合直营商业连锁公司经营活动组织方式的特点和对企业经营管理的贡献不同,提出直营商业连锁公司信息需求的内容包括三个层次:基本管理信息、决策支持信息、增值服务信息。这种划分方法也可以应用于其他类型的企业。 三、在分析直营商业连锁公司信息需求的特殊性时,根据该类型连锁公司的运作方式,提出连锁公司总部是企业信息的中枢、公司信WP=3息需求的层次性、信息收集与加工主体的多元化等特征。 四、在说明连锁公司管理信息系统的内涵时,提出管理信息系统应该是一个包括计算机应用系统(或计算机信息系统)在内的,构架于管理理论和实践经验、以计算机技术为核心的信息技术和通讯技术以及企业组织要素三方面的基础上,并随着三方面知识、技术和其它相关技术的发展和结合而不断发展的综合性、动态性的系统。并且强调了人在管理信息系统中的核心地位。 五、在介绍连锁公司管理信息系统基本架构时,提出一个结构模型,即作为一个多层次系统,从里往外依次是连锁公司员工、计算机网络、组织结构与制度、管理理论与实践,最后环境因素对它们有着广泛的影响。 六、在分析连锁公司如何导入管理信息系统时,提出导入管理信息系统并不仅仅意味着开发一个计算机应用系统,还要包括企业管理指导思想、组织结构、规章制度等方面的改变,因此它在本质上是一个系统工程。应当从系统论的观点出发,运用系统工程的方法,按照系统发展的规律,科学地实施这一过程。从管理者进行管理决策的角度,连锁公司导入管理信息系统可分为三个阶段:导入前的准备阶段、计算机信息系统的开发阶段、管理信息系统的运行及其日常管理阶段。 七、在导入前的准备阶段,建议决策者应首先树立一种理念--成功导入管理信息系统的前提条件是充分、科学的准备工作;然后,从下列五个方面实施准备工作:创造环境、分析企业信息化需求、进行可行性分析、选择系统开发方式、选择导入时机。 以上为论文在研究思路和观点方面的主要创新,下面按章节顺序介绍论文的主要内容及观点。 第一章是连锁公司信息需求的内容与特点。作者认为,信息需求是研究连锁公司管理信息系统的出发点和归宿点。以直营商业连锁公司为例,信息需求的内容包括三个层次:基本管理信息、决策支持信息、增值服务信息。基本管理信息即任何一个直营连锁公司正常运转所必需的基础信息,反映了连锁公司总部、分店、配送中心之间的业WP=4务分工与配合。决策支持信息,即辅助中高层管理者进行决策的信息,根据决策目的和对基本管理信息加工程度的不同,分为三个类型:用于提升服务水平的信息、用于前馈控制的信息、用于扩张决策的信息。增值服务信息指能够作为信息产品出售的信息,它可以为企业增加收入、改善产品结构。另外,这一章还概括了直营商业连锁公司信息需求的通性与特殊性。 第二章是连锁公司管理信息系统的内涵与功能。第一节提出了作者对管理信息系统的定义;第二节从技术和作为经营管理的手段两个角度对管理信息系统为满足前述信息需求应具备的内涵与功能进行了说明;第三节根据作者对一些连锁公司管理信息系统建设案例的调研,总结了当前我国连锁公司管理信息系统建设中的几个认识误区。 第三章是连锁公司管理信息系统基本架构。在前两章的基础上,本章提出了管理信息系统的结构模型,然后对各种类型的连锁公司管理信息系统中的共同部分--计算机系统,分总部、连锁分店、配送中心三块进行了介绍。这一章涉及到较多的计算机专业术语。 第四章是连锁公司如何导入管理信息系统。这一部分是整个论文的重点。从管理者决策的
[Abstract]:Management information system is one of the pillars of the chain corporation's survival and development, has been the State Economic and Trade Commission clearly in order to enhance our management level of the chain corporation, deepen the reform of circulation industry, the key to establish the modern enterprise system. Therefore, strengthening the research of management information system, is of great practical significance.
However, a review of the current management information system research, mainly to the management information system is a computer system, the research focuses on the technical aspect, does not take into account the non computer professional staff inside the enterprise many, especially the actual needs of management decision-making. In order to let the leaders of the chain corporation and employees better understand and the application of the management information system, make the theory guiding practice better, this thesis aims to non computer professionals in the service of chain corporation, especially for managers to provide a complete and practical theory in the framework of enterprise information business management decision.
The basic idea of this paper is the request for information from the chain corporation's management activities (i.e. information needs) of the content and features of the chain corporation's information needs, the connotation and function of management information system introduced by the demand of information should have, for the realization of various functions and the management information system requirements of the basic architecture, introduction of management the information system in the process of enterprise informatization and daily management, in accordance with the order of logic are analyzed and introduced.
In the aspect of the innovation of the article, the following are the following points:

The first chapter is the content and characteristics of chain corporation information needs. The author thinks that the information demand is the starting point of the chain corporation management information system and the end point. The third chapter is the basic structure of chain corporation management information system. Based on the previous two chapters, this chapter puts forward the structure model of the management information system, and then the common part of the computer system, the chain corporation management information system of various types of headquarters, chain stores, distribution center three blocks are introduced in this chapter.
