【摘要】：构建具有中国特色的新型智库竞争力评价指标体系,引导和推动智库建设健康发展,切实提高我国智库的国际竞争力,方能走出一条与大国地位相匹配的强库之路。在前人研究智库指标的成果基础上,经过系统深入的归纳和筛选,整合出科研及其管理、人才队伍建设、智库影响力等12项指标,以此形成体现智库实力的指标项目清单。在此基础上,挑选出得票数比率超过20%的7项指标,遵循指标设计四项基本原则,采用切实可行的网络问卷调查法和科学合理的评价流程,构建出智库竞争力评价指标体系的模型。
[Abstract]:Construction of evaluation index system of competitiveness with the characteristics of the new think tank Chinese, guide and promote the healthy development of the construction of tanks, and effectively improve the international competitiveness of China's think tank, in order to get out of a strong base and power matching position of the road. On the basis of previous research results, indicators, after induction and screening system deeply. The integration of scientific research and management, talent team construction, 12 indicators of influence so as to form a think tank, think tank strength of the project reflects index list. On this basis, selected 7 indicators of more than 20% of the total votes, four basic principles to follow the design indicators, using feasible network questionnaire and scientific evaluation in the process of building the evaluation index system for the competitiveness model.
