互惠偏好下的多团队系统合作研究

【摘要】:通过植入DK序贯互惠效用函数,就互惠偏好对多团队系统中子团队间合作行为的影响进行了分析。研究发现:互惠偏好对子团队效用函数的形态产生影响。当互惠偏好较大时,生产努力和合作努力均与子团队协同产出正相关;在不存在利润分享的情况下,子团队的最优合作努力与互惠敏感度始终负相关;存在利润分享的情况下,当回报系数较小时,互惠敏感程度和最优合作努力负相关,当回报系数较大时,互惠敏感程度和最优合作努力正相关。
[Abstract]:By implanting DK sequential reciprocal utility function, the influence of reciprocity preference on the cooperative behavior of neutron teams in multi-team systems is analyzed. It is found that reciprocal preference has an effect on the shape of sub-team utility function. Both production effort and cooperative effort are positively correlated with the cooperative output of the sub-team; in the absence of profit sharing, the optimal cooperative effort of the sub-team is always negatively correlated with the sensitivity of reciprocity; in the case of profit sharing, when the return coefficient is small, there is a negative correlation between the optimal cooperative effort of the sub-team and the sensitivity of reciprocity. There is a negative correlation between the sensitivity of reciprocity and the optimal cooperative effort. When the return coefficient is large, the sensitivity of reciprocity is positively correlated with the optimal cooperative effort.
