默会知识研究的缘起、困惑与出路

【摘要】:默会知识是组织与管理研究领域的一个核心概念,但相关理论在过去20多年间并未取得太大的实质性进展,尤其是在概念的操作化层面进展甚微。本文首先简要回顾了默会知识在组织与管理研究中兴起的背景;继而分别从四个方面归纳了默会知识的内涵属性和理论研究中存在的主要困境;最后借鉴认知心理学领域的研究成果,建议采用陈述性知识和程序性知识的分类方法来研究组织中的知识问题,并建议采用因果地图技术来诱发和捕获组织或组织中个体所拥有的高度情境依赖的、因果模糊的程序性知识。
[Abstract]:Tacit knowledge is a core concept in the field of organization and management research, but the related theories have not made much substantial progress in the past 20 years. In particular, little progress has been made on the operational level of the concept. Firstly, this paper briefly reviews the background of the rise of tacit knowledge in the research of organization and management. Then it concludes the connotative attributes of tacit knowledge and the main difficulties in theoretical research from four aspects. Finally, it draws lessons from the research results in the field of cognitive psychology. It is recommended that the classification of declarative and procedural knowledge be used to study knowledge problems in an organization, and that causal maps be used to induce and capture highly contextual dependencies owned by individuals in an organization or organization.
