鲍曼现代性与大屠杀追问中的非道德管理

【摘要】：中国正处在现代化的进程中,但西方文明为主导的现代性进程已经日益显示出其弊端来。齐格蒙特.鲍曼在《现代性与大屠杀》中指出大屠杀是现代文明的一个"正常的"结果,作为现代性基本社会结构的现代管理体系功不可没。现代管理体系使得行为过程与行为的意义分离开来,以技术的责任代替了道德的责任以及行为对象非人化。道德话语在这里被转换:纪律、义务、忠诚取代了良知与责任,技术道德化了。鲍曼指出,走出现代管理体系道德危机关键在于关注他者、保持道德良知,并提倡多元主义以抵制极权。
[Abstract]:China is in the process of modernization. But the process of modernity dominated by Western civilization has increasingly shown its drawbacks. In modernity and the Holocaust, Zygmunt Bowman points out that the Holocaust is a "normal" result of modern civilization. The modern management system, which is the basic social structure of modernity, makes the process of behavior separate from the meaning of behavior. The responsibility of technology has replaced the responsibility of morality and the dehumanization of the object of conduct. Moral discourse has been transformed here: discipline, obligation, loyalty has replaced conscience and responsibility, technology has been moralized. The key to getting out of the moral crisis of modern management system lies in paying attention to others, maintaining moral conscience and advocating pluralism to resist totalitarian power.
