西方智库理论研究现状评析

【摘要】：智库理论研究于20世纪70年代在西方兴起,是在不同研究流派的基础上逐渐发展起来的。这些流派包括多元主义、精英主义、新葛兰西主义、制度主义等,从不同角度对智库的属性和功能做了解释。西方智库理论的发展是建立在西方政治社会体系结构上的,强调智库的政策属性也强调智库的社会功能。但是,由于智库研究本身涉及多学科和多领域,智库研究仍然表现出多元多维度特点,研究方法并没有形成系统的体系。中国的智库研究需要在总结西方理论的基础上,进一步聚焦着力点,探索适合自己的智库方法。
[Abstract]:In 1970s, the research on think-tank theory rose in the West and developed gradually on the basis of different schools of study. These schools include pluralism, elitist, neo-Gramsci, institutionalism, etc. This paper explains the attributes and functions of think-tanks from different angles. The development of western think-tank theory is based on the structure of western political and social system, emphasizing the policy attribute of think-tank and emphasizing the social function of think-tank. Because the research of think-tank itself involves multi-disciplinary and multi-domain, the research of think-tank still shows the characteristics of multi-dimensionality, and the research method does not form a systematic system.Think-tank research in China needs to be based on summing up western theories. Further focus on the point, to explore suitable for their own thinking tank methods.
