跨组织私人关系、组织间合作关系与组织速度竞争优势路径关系研究

【摘要】：根据社会嵌入理论,从个人和组织层面分析了跨组织私人关系与组织间合作关系和组织速度竞争优势之间的作用关系;通过对我国东西部地区多个行业分销商的数据收集,运用层次回归等统计分析方法对假设模型进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:跨组织私人关系的调节作用假设不成立,而是与组织间合作关系一样都对组织速度竞争优势具有直接作用,同时跨组织私人关系还通过促进组织间合作关系的提高间接影响组织速度竞争优势;跨组织私人关系和组织间合作关系组合运用的组织中,速度竞争优势上双低组最低,双高组最高,单一关系组处于中等水平且两者间没有明显差异。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of social embedding, this paper analyzes the relationship between inter-organizational private relationship, inter-organizational cooperation relationship and competitive advantage of organizational speed from the perspective of individual and organization, and collects the data of many industry distributors in the eastern and western regions of China. The hypothesis model is empirically analyzed by using the statistical analysis method such as hierarchical regression. The results show that the hypothesis of regulating function of inter-organizational private relations is not true. But the inter-organizational cooperative relationship has direct effect on the competitive advantage of organizational speed, and the inter-organizational private relationship also indirectly affects the competitive advantage of organizational speed by promoting the inter-organizational cooperative relationship. Among the organizations with inter-organizational personal relationship and inter-organizational cooperative relationship, the speed competitive advantage was the lowest in the double low group, the highest in the double high group and the middle level in the single relationship group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.
