组织日常创新、高层次创新与领导行为的研究

【摘要】:面对当今日益加剧的竞争环境,组织必须找到更具有成本效益的方法从组织的各个层面来提高创造性。组织日常创新较之于高层次创新在改善组织结果方面具有更大的潜能和更高的成本效益,因为它的发生是持续不断的、高频率的和全员参与的。而组织日常创新的培养显然更依赖于领导干预,相匹配的领导行为和技能在培养组织日常创新和高层次创新方面发挥着独一无二的作用。
[Abstract]:In the face of today's increasingly competitive environment, Organizations must find more cost-effective ways to increase creativity at all levels of the organization. Daily innovation has greater potential and cost-effectiveness in improving organizational results than high-level innovation. Because its occurrence is continuous, high frequency and full participation, and the training of daily innovation of the organization is obviously more dependent on leadership intervention, Matched leadership behavior and skills play a unique role in fostering organizational daily and high-level innovation.
