【摘要】:正对于一个组织来说,如何提升主流群体整体凝聚力、加快群体知识更新、优化群体结构、合理分配群体资源、最大化激发主流群体内部活力是目前亟待解决的问题。主流群体作为单位各项管理任务中"承担者"的角色,决定着整个任务的成效。主流群体的复杂性决定了不同部门的群体成员在专业、技能、学历、年龄、思维方式等方面存在较大的差异。因此,如何对主流群体进行有效激励、提升整体工作效率,已经成为各单位、各层级领导重点关注的问题。
[Abstract]:For an organization, how to enhance the overall cohesion of mainstream groups, accelerate the renewal of group knowledge, optimize the group structure, and allocate group resources rationally, To maximize the internal vitality of the mainstream group is an urgent problem to be solved.
