【摘要】： 《三十六计》是“中华管理智慧”的重要组成部分。在全球化背景下，它更能凸显“中华管理智慧”的比较优势。研究将从“整体特征”、“系统结构”和“谋略思维”三个角度对《三十六计》进行考察，同时也对谋略思维对中国企业的决策意义进行论述。研究主要采用了一些定性研究的方法，，比如文献法、归纳法以及演绎法等。在第一部分中，研究讨论离析出《三十六计》的五大整体特征。他们分别是思想兼容、文字简约、模块集成、系统开放、定位应用五大特征。在第二部分中，系统结构的讨论从宏观和微观两个层面展开。宏观结构方面的探讨得出了一些有价值的结论，比如“六字”原则、宏观结构呈结果导向、宏观结构按照各自力量对比排布等。研究认为，微观结构由“谋略主体要素”、“谋略环境要素”、“谋略导向原则要素”以及“谋略操作手段”等组成。结构研究方面的结论为：《三十六计》的宏观结构与微观结构拟合度较好，无需进行结构重排。第三部分谋略思维进行了讨论，谋略问题解决也是该部分的重要论题。这部分最具吸引力的结论就是一系列的具有实用价值的谋略模型。当然，也得出了其他一些结论。诸如，谋略思维的九条原则以及《三十六计》的系统导向等。论文结尾部分还对《三十六计》对中国企业决策的意义进行了阐述，并在这一部分附了三个案例。
[Abstract]:< 36 > is an important part of "Chinese management wisdom." in the context of globalization, It can highlight the comparative advantage of "Chinese management wisdom". The study will examine < 36 > from the three angles of "overall characteristics", "system structure" and "strategic thinking". At the same time, it also discusses the significance of strategic thinking to the decision of Chinese enterprises. The research mainly adopts some qualitative research methods, such as literature method, induction method and deductive method. In the first part, the five main features of < 36 > are discussed. They are the compatibility of ideas, the simplicity of text, the integration of modules, the opening of system and the application of positioning. In the second part, the discussion of the system structure starts from the macro and micro levels. The discussion on the macro structure draws some valuable conclusions, such as the "six-character" principle, and the macro-structure is result-oriented. The macro-structure is arranged according to their respective forces. The microstructure is composed of "strategic main elements", "strategic environmental elements", "strategic guiding principle elements" and "strategic operational means". No structural rearrangement is required. The third part discusses strategic thinking, and strategic problem solving is also an important topic in this part. The most attractive conclusion of this part is a series of practical strategic models. The nine principles of strategic thinking and the system guidance of < 36 plan >. At the end of the paper, the significance of < 36 accounting > to Chinese enterprises' decision making is expounded, and three cases are attached to this part.
