基于随机Petri网的铁路企业督查督办管理系统研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的迅速发展,企业业务范围的拓广和企业规模的日益增大,对企业的督查督办工作提出了新的要求。而为了推动铁路建设和运营健康可持续发展,实行政企分离后,铁路企业的投资融资体制以及运价改革将进一步加快,希望能够降低成本,提高效益,而作为铁路企业内部非常重要的一项工作—督查督办工作,关系到上级重大决策部署是否能够有效的贯彻和落实,因此受到广泛的关注和重视。所以,要着力发展铁路督查督办管理系统,使之能够高效的运转,提高办公效率,为最终企业效益的提高做出贡献。所以本文对铁路督查督办管理系统的流程化研究具有很强的现实意义,可以用来指导实际工作,主要的研究内容如下:(1)对铁路督查督办工作的基本情况进行了概述。包括目前督查督办工作的开展情况,联合督查督办工作制度的介绍,已经取得的成绩,以及在工作中对督查人员自身素质的基本要求,阐述了工作开展过程中发现的一些问题:缺乏对工作的积极性、主动性以及创造性,专业部门没有发挥自身的职能作用,督办事项反馈质量低下,并提出了响应的解决办法:完善逐级审核制度、着力加强现场的督查督办工作、建立综合完善的督查督办工作体系、加强专业督查督办工作。(2)对Petri网的基础理论做了详细阐述,包括它的基本术语、起源和发展、定义、基本行为、性质、特点。并介绍了随机Petri网的基本理论和定义。(3)针对铁路局重要会议议定的重大决策、重要工作部署和铁路局领导批示件督促检查、局主要领导现场检查发现问题临时交办三种情况分别论述铁路局督查督办工作的程序,通过流程化分析,构建了与之对应的铁路督查督办管理系统的Petri网模型,并且运用随机Petri网模型的有效性验证方法验证了模型的正确性。(4)以可达树、马尔可夫链、稳态概率方程、性能指标等理论为基础,对所建立的模型进行性能分析。依次通过可达图的构建、马尔可夫链的构建、稳定概率的计算、性能指标的计算,通过最终库所繁忙概率、空闲概率和变迁利用率的计算结果,分析了系统可能比较繁忙和容易产生信息堆积的环节,利于实际系统中人员、物资的调配和利用,具有实际参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the expansion of business scope and the increasing scale of enterprises, new requirements have been put forward for the supervision and supervision of enterprises.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of railway construction and operation, after the separation of government and enterprises, the investment and financing system and the reform of freight rates of railway enterprises will be further accelerated, hoping to reduce costs and increase efficiency.As a very important work in railway enterprises, supervision and supervision is related to the implementation and implementation of the major decisions and arrangements of the higher level, so it has received extensive attention and attention.Therefore, it is necessary to develop railway supervision and supervision management system so that it can run efficiently, improve office efficiency and contribute to the improvement of final enterprise efficiency.Therefore, this paper has a strong practical significance to study the flow of railway supervision and supervision management system, which can be used to guide the practical work. The main research contents are as follows: 1) the basic situation of railway supervision and supervision work is summarized.Including the development of the present supervision and supervision work, the introduction of the joint supervision and supervision work system, the achievements achieved, and the basic requirements for the quality of the inspectors themselves in their work,This paper expounds some problems found in the course of carrying out the work: lack of enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to the work, lack of professional departments to play their own functions, poor quality of feedback on supervision matters,The corresponding solutions are put forward: to perfect the system of step by step audit, to strengthen the supervision and supervision work on the spot, to establish a comprehensive and perfect system of supervision and supervision, and to strengthen the work of professional supervision and supervision.) the basic theory of Petri network is expounded in detail.Including its basic terminology, origin and development, definition, basic behavior, nature, characteristics.The basic theory and definition of stochastic Petri net are introduced.This paper discusses the procedures of the supervision and supervision work of railway bureau in three kinds of cases, which are found by the main leaders of the bureau, and constructs the corresponding Petri net model of the railway supervision and supervision management system through the analysis of the process.The validity of the model is verified by using the method of validation of stochastic Petri nets. The model is analyzed based on the theory of reachability tree, Markov chain, steady-state probability equation, performance index and so on.In turn, through the construction of Datuk, the construction of Markov chain, the calculation of stability probability, the calculation of performance index, the calculation results of busy probability, idle probability and transition utilization ratio of the final library.The paper analyzes that the system may be busy and easy to produce information accumulation, which is beneficial to the deployment and utilization of personnel and materials in the actual system, and has practical reference value.
