控制点在工业与组织行为学中的应用

【摘要】：控制点是一种稳定的人格变量,描述了个体对外界环境和事件的控制感,包含内控和外控两个维度。控制点对幸福感、工作满意度、工作压力等工作态度以及工作绩效、人际交往和领导者行为等工作行为均有一定的影响,能够有效预测个体的工作结果。本文在对控制点的相关研究进行总结的基础上,指出未来研究应该在纵向研究和跨文化研究等四个方面有所加强。
[Abstract]:The control point is a kind of stable personality variable, which describes the individual's sense of control over the external environment and events, including two dimensions of internal control and external control. The control points have certain influence on the work attitude such as happiness, job satisfaction, job stress, work performance, interpersonal communication and leader behavior, which can effectively predict the individual work result. On the basis of summarizing the related research of control point, this paper points out that the future research should be strengthened in four aspects: longitudinal study and cross-cultural study.
