【摘要】：正云南大学工商管理与旅游管理学院工商管理系针对工商管理本科教学中理论讲授多、学生实践动手能力弱、理论教学与实践教学严重脱节等问题,在借鉴了与本院有多年合作关系的美国麻省理工学院等国际知名院校成功经验的基础上,以培养21世纪工商管理"宽口径、厚基础、复合型"人才为目标,在云南省率先创建了工商管理专业本科"全过程、链锁式"实践教学模式。该模式将实践教学划分为"感性→知性→理性→验证(实践)"四个阶段,每个
[Abstract]:The Department of Business Administration, School of Business Administration and Tourism Management, Yunnan University, aims at such problems as the number of theories taught in the undergraduate teaching of business administration, the weak practical ability of students, and the serious disconnection between theory teaching and practical teaching. On the basis of drawing lessons from the successful experience of famous international institutions such as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) of the United States, which has many years of cooperative relations with our institute, the goal is to train "wide-caliber, thick-base, composite" talents in business administration in the 21st century. In Yunnan Province, the practice teaching mode of "whole process, chain type" for the undergraduate course of business administration was first established. The model divides practice teaching into four stages: "perceptual understanding and rational verification (practice)", each of which is divided into four stages.
