【摘要】：正写报告,目的只有一个,那就是解决问题。既然是解决问题,首先就得提出问题,然后是分析问题,可以概括为"说结果,找原因,出对策"。下面以经营分析报告为例,介绍"三段论式"分析报告的写作方法。
