陕西智库网络化模式发展研究

【摘要】：[目的/意义]陕西智库建设面临总体质量不高的问题,探讨如何通过优化其宏观发展模式而提高智库整体水平具有一定的实践和理论意义。[方法/过程]在中国特殊的政策运行背景下,分析各类智库在其影响政策的关键要素占有方面存在的差异,在此基础上,从资源互补的视角探讨陕西智库的网络化发展模式。[结果/结论]研究发现,圈层结构下的各类智库在政策分析能力、学术研究能力、政策系统内信息和地方情境性信息以及研究成果的传递通道等方面存在互补性,基于此构建的智库合作网络平台及政策思想市场有助于快速提高陕西智库的整体质量水平。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the construction of Shaanxi think tank is faced with the problem that the overall quality is not high. It is of certain practical and theoretical significance to discuss how to improve the overall level of the think tank by optimizing its macroscopic development mode. [method / process] under the background of China's special policy operation, this paper analyzes the differences in the possession of the key elements that affect the policies of various think-tanks, and on this basis, discusses the networked development model of Shaanxi think-tanks from the perspective of complementary resources. [results / conclusions] the study found that various think-tanks under the structure of the circle complement each other in terms of their capacity for policy analysis, academic research, information within the policy system and local situational information, as well as the channels of transmission of research results. The cooperative network platform of think-tank and the policy thought market are helpful to improve the overall quality of Shaanxi think-tank.
