中国特色新型智库核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:中国特色新型智库作为国家思想创新的源泉,必须得到最大程度的重视。中国特色新型智库本身的核心竞争力就是智力资本。智力资本是智库发展过程中最重要和最稀缺的资源,智库核心竞争力的提升取决于对智力资本的管理。本篇论文共分成五个部分对中国特色新型智库核心竞争力展开论述和研究。第一部分是绪论。本部分依次对研究背景和意义、研究综述、研究内容和研究方法进行介绍。第二部分是论文核心概念界定和分析框架。该部分主要对三个核心概念进行了界定,并提出本文的分析框架。本文涉及的三个核心概念分别是中国特色新型智库、智库核心竞争力和智力资本。本文的分析框架指出中国特色新型智库的核心竞争力就是智力资本,智库的智力资本由人才资本、内部结构资本和外部结构资本构成。第三部分是中国特色新型智库核心竞争力建设存在的问题。中国特色新型智库核心竞争力建设存在的问题可以从人才资本、内部结构资本和外部结构资本三个维度来概括,其中人才资本维度的问题是智库人才队伍建设不成熟,内部结构资本维度的问题是内部运营管理制度不完善,外部结构资本维度的问题是外部政策支撑制度不健全。第四部分是国外智库核心竞争力建设的经验借鉴。这一部分对国外智库建设的成功做法进行了系统的介绍。本部分也是从人才资本、内部结构资本和外部结构资本三个维度进行介绍的。第五部分是提升中国特色新型智库核心竞争力的路径探索。本部分是整篇论文的一个重点部分,主要介绍了提升中国特色新型智库核心竞争力的路径措施。这些路径措施主要是从提升智库的人才资本、完善智库的内部结构资本和健全智库的外部结构资本三个维度展开论述。
[Abstract]:As the source of national ideological innovation, the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics must be paid the utmost attention. The core competitiveness of the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics is intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is the most important and scarce resource in the development of think-tank, and the improvement of core competence of think-tank depends on the management of intellectual capital. This thesis is divided into five parts to discuss and study the core competence of the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics. The first part is the introduction. This part introduces the research background and significance, research review, research content and research methods in turn. The second part is the core concept definition and analysis framework. This part mainly defines three core concepts and puts forward the analytical framework of this paper. The three core concepts are new think-tank with Chinese characteristics, core competence of think-tank and intellectual capital. The analytical framework of this paper points out that the core competence of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics is intellectual capital, which consists of human capital, internal structural capital and external structural capital. The third part is the problems existing in the construction of the core competence of the new type think-tank with Chinese characteristics. The problems in the construction of core competence of new type think-tank with Chinese characteristics can be summarized from three dimensions: talent capital, internal structural capital and external structural capital, among which the problem of talent capital dimension is that the construction of talent team of think-tank is immature. The problem of internal structure capital dimension is that the internal operation management system is not perfect, and the external structure capital dimension problem is that the external policy supporting system is not perfect. The fourth part is the experience of foreign think-tank core competence construction. This part has carried on the systematic introduction to the foreign thought tank construction successful practice. This part is also from the talent capital, the internal structure capital and the external structure capital three dimensions carries on the introduction. The fifth part is to explore the ways to enhance the core competitiveness of new type think tanks with Chinese characteristics. This part is an important part of the whole paper, mainly introduces the path measures to enhance the core competitiveness of the new think-tank with Chinese characteristics. These measures are mainly discussed from three dimensions: improving the talent capital of think tanks, perfecting the internal structural capital of think tanks and perfecting the external structural capital of think tanks.
