冲突不对称的前因:一个基于过程观的分析

【摘要】:关于团队内冲突的研究大多假定所有成员感知到相同程度的冲突,而实际上团队内存在冲突不对称的现象,即团队成员对冲突可能存在不同的感知,且其程度会对团队及个体绩效产生显著影响。在综述已有关于冲突不对称研究的基础上,从冲突的过程观视角探讨了冲突不对称产生的前因以及避免和减小冲突不对称的方法,并在个体层面分析了冲突不对称的内在构成。
[Abstract]:Most studies on intra-team conflict assume that all members perceive the same degree of conflict, but in fact, there is a phenomenon of conflict asymmetry in the team, that is, team members may have different perceptions of conflict. And the degree will have a significant impact on team and individual performance. Based on the review of the existing researches on conflict asymmetry, the antecedents of conflict asymmetry and the methods to avoid and reduce conflict asymmetry are discussed from the perspective of conflict process, and the internal composition of conflict asymmetry is analyzed at the individual level.
