追随研究的历史溯源、现实驱力与未来展望

【摘要】:追随研究(followership)近年来成为组织管理研究中的一个新兴话题,国内外学者对此已经进行了一系列相关的研究。在系统考察相关文献的基础上,本文从历史发展的角度来看待追随研究的起源、兴起和发展。具体而言,本文对追随研究的历史源头进行了梳理,说明这并不是一个完全崭新的问题。进而,文章对追随研究何以在当前得到重视的理论与实践背景进行了分析。文章还探讨了当前追随研究中几个尚有争议的问题,如追随力概念、追随力的效果、追随者与下属的区分以及追随者对领导者影响等。在上述讨论基础上,本文展望了未来追随研究的可能方向。
[Abstract]:Following the study of (followership) has become a new topic in the research of organizational management in recent years, and scholars at home and abroad have carried out a series of related studies. On the basis of a systematic review of the relevant literature, this paper looks at the origin, rise and development of the following research from the perspective of historical development. Specifically, this paper combs the historical source of the following study, which shows that this is not a completely new problem. Then, the paper analyzes the theoretical and practical background of the study of follow-up. This paper also discusses several controversial issues in the current research of following, such as the concept of following force, the effect of following force, the distinction between followers and subordinates, and the influence of followers on leaders. On the basis of the above discussion, this paper looks forward to the possible direction of following the research in the future.
