知识管理在知识型组织中的应用研究

【摘要】: 知识经济的发展,对传统的管理模式提出了新的挑战。管理理论正在经历着被称为第五代管理的知识管理的改革,组织形式、发展战略、竞争战略、市场环境、社会思想都正在或即将发生变化。知识管理作为一种先进的管理理念,首先是从企业组织发展起来的,但其理论被越来越多的运用于各个领域。 本文主要论述了知识管理的共享机制和创新机制。文章共分为六个部分,首先文章论述了知识经济的兴起对社会的影响,揭示了知识管理的理论背景及选题意义。在文章的第二部分,对知识管理理论进行了讨论。在对知识的定性分析过程中,着重强调了隐性知识和显性知识的分类,这种界定对以后知识管理战略的选择等均有至关重要的作用;由于知识的重要性,我们又对知识的载体——人进行了分析,提出了知识人假设,认为知识人的一个最为明显的特征是:对他们来说,工作本身就是一种报酬。在文章的第三部分,论述了知识管理下的新型组织结构——知识型组织的基本概念、组织结构特征、及学习型组织的应用;对知识管理的组织基础做了全面的分析,提出了一种网络化的、扁平的、柔性化的平面组织结构。文章的第四部分论述了知识型组织的知识创新。知识创新是提高组织核心竞争力的基础,在这一部分,本文提出了知识创新的一般模式以及驱动模式,解决了知识创新的动力机制。文章的第五部分是知识共享机制研究,在这里,,本文一一分析了知识共享的障碍,并提出了解决办法,并为知识共享设计了一种新的分享渠道,即建立知识社区。最后,文章对两种知识型组织(知识型企业及知识型政府)实施知识管理战略方法提出了几点看法。 本文的创新之处在于:对知识人假设进行了分析,其管理方法主要有充分放权、自主管理等;对知识管理的组织基础做了全面的分析,提出了一种网络化的、扁平的、柔性化的平面组织结构;提出了知识创新的一般模式,从知识创新的个人及组织两个层面分析了创新的过程;为知识共享设计了一种新的分享渠道,即知识社区,知识社区分为虚拟社区和实体社区两个部分,目前,虚拟社区成为知识分享的一个新的亮点。
[Abstract]:The development of knowledge economy puts forward new challenges to the traditional management model. Management theory is undergoing the reform of knowledge management called the fifth generation management. The organizational form, development strategy, competition strategy, market environment, and social thought are changing. Knowledge management is a kind of advanced management concept, first of all, Enterprise organization develops, but its theory is applied more and more in various fields.
This article mainly discusses the sharing mechanism and innovation mechanism of knowledge management. The article is divided into six parts. First, the article discusses the influence of the rise of knowledge economy on the society, reveals the theoretical background of knowledge management and the significance of the topic. In the second part of the article, the theory of knowledge management is discussed. The qualitative analysis of knowledge is carried out. In the course, the classification of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is emphasized. This definition plays a vital role in the selection of knowledge management strategy in the future. Because of the importance of knowledge, we have analyzed the carrier of knowledge, and put forward the knowledge man hypothesis, which is the most obvious feature of the knowledge person: to him In the third part of the article, the new organizational structure of knowledge management, the basic concept of knowledge organization, the characteristics of organizational structure and the application of learning organization, is discussed in the third part of the article. A comprehensive analysis of the organizational foundation of knowledge management is made and a networked, flat and flexible form is put forward. The fourth part of the article discusses the knowledge innovation of knowledge based organization. Knowledge innovation is the basis for improving the core competitiveness of the organization. In this part, the general mode and driving mode of knowledge innovation have been put forward, and the dynamic mechanism of knowledge innovation is solved. The fifth part of this chapter is the study of knowledge sharing mechanism. Here, this paper analyzes the obstacles of knowledge sharing, and puts forward solutions, and designs a new sharing channel for knowledge sharing, that is, the establishment of knowledge community. Finally, the article puts forward some views on the implementation of knowledge management strategy for two kinds of knowledge-based organizations (knowledge-based enterprises and knowledge-based governments).
The innovation of this article lies in the analysis of the hypothesis of the knowledge-based, its management methods, such as full decentralization, independent management, etc., a comprehensive analysis of the organizational foundation of knowledge management is made, a network, flat and flexible planar structure is put forward, and the general mode of knowledge innovation is proposed, and the knowledge innovation is made. The process of innovation is analyzed at two levels of individual and organization; a new sharing channel is designed for knowledge sharing, that is, the knowledge community, and the knowledge community is divided into two parts of the virtual community and the entity community. At present, the virtual community is a new bright spot of knowledge sharing.
