【摘要】：正严格遴选、认真选拔,放手使用、真情联系,辽宁省在打造高端智库、发挥院士专家作用方面做出大文章,为老工业基地全面振兴注入全新活力。近期,备受关注的辽宁省第二批领军人才和优秀专家评选工作圆满结束。50名领军人才和200名优秀专家,历经半年多层层选拔、14个座谈会论证、5个专业评审会评审,最后经综合评委会背对背票决,一路过关斩将、脱颖而出、闪亮登场。
