创新思维：当代管理主体的精神之魂

【摘要】：自人类从自然界分化出来,便有了初级的管理活动,随着人类的生产、生活的进步和完善,管理活动由低级形式逐步走向高级形式。管理活动的主体主要包括从事高层管理活动的领导者及从事一般管理活动的人,所有管理活动都是主体的活动,由管理主体来承担,管理主体是管理活动的发起者、组织者和承担者。随着社会的进步、科技的发展,当代管理主体与以往的管理主体有着很大的区别,当代管理主体在管理活动中起主导、领导、指挥和抉择的作用,其运用新的管理思想——创新思维,采用最先进的管理方法,管理人们的实践活动,使人们的生产、生活更有秩序、更合理。当代管理已经成为人们生产、生活中重要手段,当代管理主体的管理思想、管理方法、管理思路直接决定着管理效果及管理水平;而当代管理主体的管理方法和管理思路主要由当代管理主体的创新思维方式决定的,当代管理主体的管理思想、管理方法、管理思路和管理模式是以管理主体的创新思维为先导,它是管理创新、实践创新的理论基础。本文分四个部分,对“创新思维是当代管理主体的精神之魂”进行的诠释。第一部分,简要介绍了选题的研究背景和意义、选题的国内外研究现状及选题的基本思路,阐明了选题的创新之处。第二部分,着重阐述了创新思维和管理主体的实质,提出了创新思维的本质是——“出新”、当代管理主体的本质是——“优化的管理”,阐释了当代管理主体的“四大能力”,即创新能力、转化能力、应变能力、组织协调能力及当代管理主体的“三大素质”,即精专和广博的知识素质,良好的哲学理论和政治素质,健康的生理和心理素质。第三部分,重点论述了创新思维是贯穿于当代管理主体认识与实践的全过程,是当代管理主体的认识与实践活动的精神灵魂,即是管理主体认识的高级形式,是管理主体实践活动的结晶,同时论述了创新思维是当代管理主体思维能力的凸显,是管理主体能动性的充分发散。突出强调了创新思维是当代管理主体中的核心,是当代管理主体的精神之魂。第四部分,阐述了创新思维在当代管理主体中的价值意义,着重阐述创新思维在当代管理主体中的理论价值和实践价值。首先,创新思维是当代管理主体认识活动的先导,它激发管理主体认识的发展,激发管理主体主动性的体现。其次,创新思维是当代管理主体实践活动的动因,它是提高管理主体自身素质的需求,是提升管理主体实践效率的需要,促进管理主体实践的发展。
[Abstract]:Since human beings have differentiated from nature, there have been primary management activities. With the progress and perfection of human production and life, the management activities have gradually moved from the low-level form to the high-level form. The main body of management activities mainly includes leaders engaged in high-level management activities and people engaged in general management activities. All management activities are the activities of the main body, which is assumed by the main body of management, and the main body of management is the initiator of the management activities. Organizer and bearer. With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, there is a great difference between the contemporary management subject and the former one. The contemporary management subject plays a leading, directing and choosing role in the management activities. It uses the new management thought, the innovation thought, adopts the most advanced management method, manages the people's practice activity, causes the people's production, the life more orderly, more reasonable. Contemporary management has become an important means in people's production and life. The management thought, management method and management thinking of contemporary management subject directly determine the management effect and management level. However, the management method and thinking of the contemporary management subject are mainly determined by the innovative thinking mode of the contemporary management subject, the management thought and the management method of the contemporary management subject. The thought and mode of management is guided by the innovative thinking of the main body of management, and it is the theoretical basis of the innovation of management and practice. This article is divided into four parts, the interpretation of "innovative thinking is the spiritual soul of contemporary management body". The first part briefly introduces the research background and significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research status and the basic ideas of the topic, and clarifies the innovation of the topic. The second part focuses on the essence of innovative thinking and management subject, and points out that the essence of innovation thinking is "new", and the essence of contemporary management subject is "optimized management". This paper expounds the "four abilities" of the contemporary management subject, that is, the ability of innovation, the ability of transformation, the ability of strain, the ability of organization and coordination, and the "three great qualities" of the main body of contemporary management, that is, the quality of fine, specialized and extensive knowledge. Good philosophical theory and political quality, healthy physical and psychological quality. In the third part, the author emphasizes that the innovative thinking is the whole process of the cognition and practice of the contemporary management subject, and is the spiritual soul of the contemporary management subject's cognition and practice activity, that is, it is the advanced form of the management subject's cognition. It is the crystallization of the practical activities of the management subject. At the same time, it discusses that the innovative thinking is the highlight of the thinking ability of the contemporary management subject and the full divergence of the active role of the management subject. It is emphasized that innovative thinking is the core of the contemporary management subject and the spiritual soul of the contemporary management subject. The fourth part expounds the value significance of innovative thinking in the contemporary management subject, focusing on the theoretical value and practical value of innovative thinking in the contemporary management subject. First of all, innovative thinking is the forerunner of the cognitive activities of the modern management subject, which stimulates the development of the management subject's cognition and the embodiment of the management subject's initiative. Secondly, innovative thinking is the motivation of the contemporary management subject's practical activities, it is the demand of improving the management subject's own quality, it is the need to improve the management subject's practical efficiency, and promote the development of the management subject's practice.
