工作—非工作边界渗透及其管理研究

【摘要】：当前员工的工作与非工作边界模糊化的客观现实,使得有效管理工作—非工作边界渗透成为组织和个体都必须面对的迫切问题。为此,在阐释工作—非工作边界分离与融合动态演变的基础上,分析了工作—非工作边界渗透的特性与影响结果,结合工作—非工作边界渗透的个体与情境影响因素探讨,提出了工作—非工作边界渗透的个人和企业双主体管理路径,并指出了工作—非工作边界渗透未来研究的方向。
[Abstract]:At present, the objective reality of the blurring of the boundary between the work and the non-work of the employees makes the effective management of the work- non-work boundary permeate into the urgent problem that both the organization and the individual must face. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the dynamic evolution of the separation and fusion of work-non-working boundary, this paper analyzes the characteristics and influence results of working-non-working boundary infiltration, and probes into the individual and situational influence factors of working-non-working boundary infiltration. This paper puts forward the dual subject management path of working-non-work boundary permeation and points out the future research direction of work-non-work boundary permeation.
