秘书职业异化及其解决路径探讨

【摘要】：正无论是作为行政职位还是作为社会职业,秘书一般是居于幕后不为人知的(除非出了问题),秘书的职业道德也要求他们甘当绿叶、甘为人梯,乐于奉献和牺牲,所以称职的秘书从不突出自己,也不会邀功请赏。美国前总统艾森豪威尔的秘书谢尔曼·亚当斯说:"衡量一个好的总统秘书,要以他的献身精神、艰苦奋斗和工作效率为标准,而不是他的成就和业绩。一切成就属于总统。"

Their professional ethics also require them to be willing to be green leaves, willing to be escalators, willing to give and sacrifice. So a competent secretary never highlights himself or asks for credit. Sherman Adams, secretary of former US President Eisenhower, said: "A good presidential secretary is measured by his dedication, hard work and efficiency, not by his achievements and achievements.
