中国管理模式创新研究——第十六届世界暨东方管理论坛综述

【摘要】：本文根据2012年第十六届世界管理论坛暨东方管理论坛的主题报告、论坛收录的论文及论坛讨论情况,对与会专家学者的主要观点进行了综述。这次论坛以"东方管理三千年、三十年和未来——中国管理模式创新研究"为主题,与会者围绕"中国管理模式的构建与发展、中国企业管理模式的转型与变革、中国管理模式的源泉、中国管理模式的兴起及中国管理模式的创新等专题展开深入的学术交流和研讨。本次论坛形成的重要学术观点包括:1.东方管理思想已在国家管理、企业管理、家庭管理及自我管理等层面得到广泛的运用,特别是为政府战略管理及企业经营管理提供了实践理论依据;2.研究东方国家企业管理活动的特点和规律及研究东西方管理思想和理论的异同和融合等问题是创立中国管理模式的重要理论依据;3.东方管理学的研究需要加强数据库建设,包括东方管理案例库和调查数据库的建设,为东方管理学的实践研究创造良好的基础。4.东方管理学研究面临如何衔接传统和现代的断裂、如何沟通理论和现实的罅隙以及来自研究方法的三大挑战;5.后全球化时代为构建东方管理学带来了良好的时代背景;综合以上观点,与会者认为未来中国管理模式创新研究应走中国道路并汲取东方管理智慧,以创立的东方管理"学、为、治、行、和"的五字体系为理论与实践基础;本届论坛展开卓有成效的学术研讨活动,对于基于中国企业管理实践的研究,挖掘、整理、总结中国传统管理思想,构建有中国特色管理模式,丰富和发展世界管理思想,指导管理学研究与经营管理实际工作,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the theme report of the 16th World Management Forum and Oriental Management Forum in 2012, the papers collected by the Forum and the discussion of the Forum, this paper summarizes the main viewpoints of the experts and scholars. The theme of the forum was "Oriental Management 3000 years, 30 years and the Future-Research on Innovation of China's Management Mode." participants focused on "the Construction and Development of China's Management Model, the Transformation and Transformation of Chinese Enterprise Management Model," The fountainhead of Chinese management mode, the rise of Chinese management model and innovation of Chinese management mode, etc. The important academic viewpoints formed at this forum include: 1. Oriental management thought has been widely used in the aspects of national management, business management, family management and self-management, especially it provides the practical theoretical basis for government strategic management and enterprise management; 2. It is an important theoretical basis for the establishment of Chinese management mode to study the characteristics and laws of enterprise management activities in eastern countries and to study the similarities and differences between eastern and western management thoughts and theories. The study of oriental management needs to strengthen the construction of database, including the construction of case base and investigation database, which will create a good foundation for the practical study of Oriental management. The oriental management research faces three challenges: how to connect the traditional and modern fracture, how to communicate the gap between theory and reality, and the three major challenges from the research methods. The post-globalization era has brought a good background for the construction of Oriental management. Synthesizing the above views, the participants think that the future research of Chinese management mode innovation should follow the Chinese road and absorb the oriental management wisdom, and take the five character system of "study, governance, action, harmony" as the theoretical and practical basis; This forum has launched fruitful academic research activities to research, excavate, organize and summarize Chinese traditional management ideas, build management models with Chinese characteristics, and enrich and develop world management ideas based on Chinese enterprise management practices. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to guide the research of management and the practical work of management.
