【摘要】：从美国智库市场的二元结构进行分析,解析美国智库发展和运作的内在动因。力求从一个新的视角探讨美国智库在市场驱动下的运作模式和动力。智库市场的二元结构为智库与政府间提供了相互信任、互为需求、相互支撑的平台和渠道,形成了思想产品与决策咨询的供需关系。在这个关系中,智库作为供应侧,为政府出台的政策提供能够解决现实问题的智力产品。政府、媒体、公众是需求侧,市场通过业已构建起的一套较完善的政治咨询制度,实现参政议政、话语权与智力的交换,获得智库的智力支撑。因此,了解和研究美国智库二元市场的形成原因,认识美国智库二元市场的结构,探讨智库市场理论,认识二元结构的形成,相互作用,对全面系统地了解美国智库发展经验,避免盲目照抄照搬,具有一定的借鉴意义。通过收集整理相关文本资料和实地考察调研,在市场分析的基础上,把市场供求关系作为切入点,对智库的二元结构进行梳理。美国智库市场是一个二元结构,供求关系是推动美国智库发展的驱动力。市场通过竞争,不断淘汰、凝练、完善、打造优质的思想产品,逐步形成了能够帮助政府解决问题的意见和对策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the dual structure of American think-tank market and analyzes the internal motivation of the development and operation of American think-tank.
