稷下学宫——当代中国思想库的雏形

【摘要】：中国的决策咨询活动经历了个体智囊人物一一智囊团一一思想库三个阶段。"谋士"、"智士"、"咨议"和"参议"等个体智囊人物和博士组织、谏官系统、翰林院和幕府等智囊团等都不具备当代中国思想库的最初形态。只有战国时期具有相当规模、具有询议和一定学术功能的稷下学宫才是当代中国思想库的真正雏形,它对当代中国思想库的建设和发展具有重大的借鉴和启迪意义。
