【摘要】：正副手是班子一员,有着不可替代的作用,这是由其身份的特殊性决定的。在班子中,副手角色定位具有多重性,履职行为具有多向性,作用生成具有多维性。做一名合格的副手,就需要努力扮演好多重角色。做好"黏合剂",维护班子团结。领导班子由多名个体组成,每一个体都有着不同于他人的个性特征。在诸多个性特征中,最能影响团结的,就是性格气质因素。从心
