[Abstract]:For a long time, organizational productivity has been the focus of organizational psychologists and organizational behaviorists, but less attention has been paid to organizational health, including employees and the organization as a whole. Since the 1920s, With the rapid changes in the organizational environment, such as global competition, mergers and acquisitions, business outsourcing and other new trends, organizational members are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges, their physical and mental health has been seriously threatened, job satisfaction is reduced. The efficiency of the organization is also lower.
