【摘要】：正在一个单位内部,上下级之间有可能产生工作上的冲突。这种冲突是正常现象,一般情况下,上司不会因此对下级怀恨在心。本文所指的冲突是下级与上司带有个人恩怨性质的冲突。一、调适与上级冲突的三项基本原则这种冲突应该如何调适?要牢记三句话,同时也是三项基本原则,即"纯化自身顾大局,细察深思识大体,兼容自律求大同"。这三句话听起来比较深奥,其实意思很简单——在与上司的冲突当中,作为下属,要首先检讨自己,承认自己的
