【摘要】:正心理失衡是一种与心理平衡相对应的心理状态描述,其往往表现为个体负面的情绪或情感。这一不健康心理状态将直接导致下属具体行为取向的偏失,导致无效甚至是负面的工作行为。因此,对于领导者而言,在规范下属具体工作行为前,首先要确保下属的心理健康,通过对下属心理感知的适时掌控而实现对其变化趋势的正向引导,进而确保其行为取向的正确性与高效性。一、单位成员心理失衡的诱发
