《2018年LB糖业公司“对标”管理活动方案》翻译项目报告

　　随着广西进一步重视蔗糖产业的发展,广西鼓励主要糖厂负责人自发到国内外先进企业学习。该翻译项目由LB糖业公司委托,以便公司进行技术和管理方面的交流。本项目《2018年LB糖业公司制糖管理方案》属于制糖行业对标方案管理类型文本。原文中涉及大量专业术语,无主句,且逻辑结构清晰,表达准确。其译文目标读者主要为国外制糖行业工程师及工人,以帮助其了解广西制糖流程为目的,以便更好指导或交流国内外制糖经验,因此,译文应简洁易懂,逻辑清晰,对于广西本土制糖行业所使用的一些土话和行话应进行适当阐释。在本翻译项目中,作者在总结制糖行业生产规程文本特点的基础上,以尤金·奈达的功能对等理论为指导,确定翻译策略。以大量案例分析为基础,从词汇层面,讨论专业术语和半专业术语的理解和翻译;从句法层面,总结无主句和句子逻辑结构的翻译经验。笔者希望此篇翻译项目报告能为蔗糖生产行业中的对标方案类文本翻译提供参考。
