印度尼西亚巴厘岛家乐福公司的跨文化管理研究

  国际化带来跨国公司的蓬勃发展,不断发展的国际业务也引发了跨文化管理研究的需求,大量跨国企业面临着跨文化管理的冲突,急迫需要企业解决跨文化管理中存在的问题。许多学者也意识到西方和亚洲市场的市场管理问题。然而,东南亚地区急剧发展的国际化业务,需要业界对其跨文化管理进行进一步探索。近年来,国内外对印尼食品零售市场进行了大量的跨文化研究。本文对家乐福巴厘分公司的跨文化管理问题进行了研究。有调查显示,巴厘岛零售业态是印度尼西亚最成功和最受欢迎的零售业态之一,因此,以该地区零售业态企业为案例进行分析研究,具有一定的代表性,本研究的结果也具有一定的推广意义。本文通过对巴厘家乐福超市管理实践的分析,找出影响家乐福超市管理的文化差异,它关注的是文化价值如何影响管理实践和员工态度的问题。本研究的主要目的是分析巴厘家乐福超市的跨文化管理状况,调查巴厘和法国员工的文化价值,找出跨文化管理问题的原因。获得的知识,在复杂的理论背景下,将指导管理需要的建议清单,以改善跨文化交流和企业管理合作。本文的研究过程是基于定量分析和定性分析的基础上,同时进行理论分析为研究方法完成的。采用定量研究的方法,对在巴厘家乐福超市工作...
