端部质量对有无损伤悬臂梁的模态影响分析

【摘要】:工程实际中许多结构可简化为端部带有集中质量的悬臂梁,笔者通过数值模拟软件建立了端部带有集中质量的悬臂梁有限元模型,并进行了模态分析.研究了端部集中质量的改变对悬臂梁固有频率的影响,同时建立带有I型裂纹的悬臂梁(端部带有集中质量与不带有集中质量两种)模型,改变裂纹的位置和深度,研究了裂纹深度和裂纹位置对悬臂梁的频率变化规律.通过对比发现,裂纹越靠近端部对梁的频率影响越小,集中质量对带有裂纹悬臂梁固有频率有一定的影响.
[Abstract]:In engineering practice, many structures can be simplified to cantilever beam with concentrated mass at the end. The finite element model of cantilever beam with concentrated mass at the end is established by numerical simulation software. The influence of the change of the end mass on the natural frequency of the cantilever beam is studied, and the model of the cantilever beam with mode I crack (with and without the concentrated mass at the end part) is established. The effect of crack depth and crack position on the frequency of cantilever beam is studied by changing the location and depth of crack. It is found that the closer the crack is to the end, the less the influence on the frequency of cantilever beam is. The concentrated mass has a certain influence on the natural frequency of cantilever beam with cracks.
