软包装袋码垛生产线及控制系统的设计

【摘要】:随着包装质量和劳动效率的不断提高,人工码垛已经极大地限制了码垛生产效率的提高。然而,码垛生产线在解决劳动力不足、提高劳动生产效率、改善工作环境等方面具有很大潜力,因此对码垛生产线的研究具有重要的意义。根据调研,本文所设计的软包装袋码垛生产线采用“2-3编组”的高位码垛方式。该生产线主要设备工作流程如下:灌装好的料袋经过倒袋装置翻倒并顺着输送带的方向输送;经过单袋整形装置使得料袋变得规则、整齐;转位装置的作用是为了满足编组需要对部分料袋进行90°旋转;编组装置的作用是对料袋进行“2-3编组”;编组好的料袋被推袋装置推至缓停板或分层机的闸门;分层机通过闸门的开合将料袋码垛到垛盘上,然后压袋装置对垛层进行整形;垛盘在升降机的带动下循环上下垂直运动直到完成码垛;码好的垛盘由承垛输送机输送至垛盘输送机的等待位,等待叉车运走;与此同时,托盘仓会自动放出一个空托盘,由托盘输送机输送到升降机的码垛工位进行码垛。然后,根据工作流程制定了该生产线的总体设计方案。通过对各主要设备的功能分析,经过设计计算、结构选型、校核计算完成了软包装袋码垛生产线各主要设备的机械结构设计。最后,通过分析该生产线的工作流程制定出了PLC的控制系统流程,根据输入/输出信号对I/O点数进行分配,确定了PLC的型号及扩展单元的选取。使用梯形图编写了控制程序,并在实验室中进行了调试。该生产线可对用于化肥、面粉等粉状、颗粒状物料的全自动包装码垛作业。通过PLC自动控制整个生产线的工作流程,使得设备具有操作管理简单,运行安全可靠、性价比高等优点,因此预计会有很好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of packaging quality and labor efficiency, manual palletizing has greatly limited the efficiency of palletizing production. However, palletizing production line is solving the shortage of labor force and improving labor productivity. There is great potential to improve the working environment, so the research of palletizing production line is of great significance. The soft packing bag palletizing production line designed in this paper adopts the high stacking mode of "2-3 marshalling". The main equipment working flow of this production line is as follows:. The filled bag is toppled over by the bag inversion device and transported in the direction of the conveyor belt; After a single bag shaping device to make the bag become regular, neat; The function of the transposing device is to rotate part of the bag at 90 掳in order to meet the needs of the marshalling. The function of the marshalling device is to carry on "2-3 marshalling" to the material bag; The packed bag is pushed to the gate of the slow stop plate or delamer by the pouch pushing device; The laminating machine palletizes the material bags onto the stacking plates through the opening and closing of the gates, and then the pouch pressing device shapes the stacking layers; The palletizing plate circulates vertically up and down under the driving of the lift until the palletizing is completed; The stacking plate is transported by the stacking conveyor to the waiting position of the stacking disc conveyor, waiting for the forklift to be carried away; At the same time, the tray bin automatically releases an empty tray, which is transported by the tray conveyor to the lift's palletizing station for palletizing. According to the work flow, the overall design scheme of the production line is worked out. Through the functional analysis of the main equipment, after design and calculation, structure selection. The mechanical structure design of the main equipment of the soft packaging bag palletizing production line is completed by checking and calculating. Finally, the control system flow of PLC is worked out by analyzing the work flow of the production line. According to the input / output signal, I / O points are allocated, the model of PLC and the selection of expansion unit are determined. The control program is compiled with trapezoid diagram. The production line can be used for the automatic packing and palletizing of powder and granular materials such as chemical fertilizer, flour and so on. The working flow of the whole production line can be automatically controlled by PLC. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation and management, safe and reliable operation, high cost performance and so on, so it is expected to have a good application prospect.
